Knowing just a couple of self-defence moves could save your life.
The two self-defence moves I’m going to share are easy to remember, easy to practice, and easy to execute. This is important because there is a lot of bad self-defence advice out there with overly complex moves that are just not practical for the average Joe.
If you are someone that has taken self-defence classes, achieved a black belt in karate, or are currently fighting in the UFC, you can stop reading now. For everyone else, here are two simple self-defence moves courtesy of best selling author (and master teacher) Tim Ferriss, that I encourage you to learn.

This is a great move for defending yourself against a punch or king hit.
Perfect if you are cornered and the attacker is moving towards you front on with the intention to punch.
